Macquarie Group has brought Kristin Miller back into the fold as Global Head of Capability & Leadership Development, marking her return to the Australian investment bank over twenty years after her original tenure.

Miller brings nearly three decades of expertise spanning people management and organizational leadership. Her first spell at Macquarie ran from 1998 to 2003, when she came in as a senior HR manager. Most recently, she served as Chief People Officer at Acenda.

In her new position, Miller will steer worldwide programs designed to build organizational capacity and nurture future leaders, drawing on her deep background in talent strategy and organizational design.
