Coinbase (NASDAQ: COIN) announced the promotion of Dominique Baillet to Chief People Officer.

Baillet joined Coinbase in May 2020 and has held various HR leadership roles, most recently as Vice President, People. Prior to Coinbase, she served as Consumer Product Lead at Care.com and held multiple tenures at Bain & Company. Earlier in her career, she also worked in growth and strategy roles at NerdWallet and Evolv.

Coinbase is a leading compliant cryptocurrency trading platform and the first publicly listed cryptocurrency exchange. As of the second quarter of 2026, Coinbase holds approximately 10.3% of the cryptocurrency trading volume market share.

Baillet's cross-functional background across product, strategy and HR operations will support her in driving talent system development as the company continues its global expansion.
