Burson has announced the appointment of Molly Roenna as Chief People Officer, Americas, where she will lead human resources strategy and talent development across the region.

Roenna brings nearly three decades of HR experience, including close to 19 years with Weber Shandwick, where she most recently served as Chief People Officer, North America and concurrently as Global Chief People Officer. She joined Weber Shandwick in 2007 as Vice President, Human Resources, and progressively advanced through regional and global HR leadership roles. Earlier in her career, she worked as an HR Generalist at Edelman and served as Human Resources Director at Dome Communications Inc.

Burson is a global communications firm. Roenna's extensive HR leadership experience within the communications and public relations sector will provide critical support for organisational capability building and talent development across the company's Americas operations.
