Anthropic has appointed Shakira Talbot as Head of Strategic Pursuits – EMEA, based in Greater London.

Prior to joining Anthropic, she spent more than 12 years at ServiceNow, most recently serving as Group Vice President, CRM – EMEA, where she supported regional execution as the company scaled toward $11 billion in revenue. Her previous roles at ServiceNow included Group Vice President of Global Customer & Field Operations, AVP of UK&I Commercial, and Sales Director for the Public Sector. Earlier in her career, she held positions at BMC Software as Account Director – Global Strategic Accounts and at Gartner as an Account Executive.

In this role, she will lead strategic growth opportunities, enterprise engagements, and go-to-market strategies across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa.
