Coty Restructures Leadership, Names New Chief People and Purpose Officer

Coty Inc. announced a series of organizational changes as a core execution step of its "Coty.Curated" lean transformation strategy.

 

According to Coty's official announcement, three executives will depart: Caroline Andreotti, Chief Commercial Officer Prestige, will leave after nearly two decades with the company. Dr. Shimei Fan, Chief Scientific and Sustainability Officer and Priya Srinivasan, Chief People and Purpose Officer will leave in August.

 

Séverine Charbon will join Coty as Chief People and Purpose Officer, effective September 1. She brings more than 25 years of international experience in talent strategy and organizational transformation, most recently as Chief Talent Officer International at Publicis Groupe, and previously held global talent leadership roles at ZenithOptimedia Group and VivaKi.

 

Founded in Paris in 1904, Coty is one of the world's largest beauty companies, with a portfolio of iconic brands spanning fragrances, colour cosmetics, skin care, and body care. Facing sustained earnings pressure, this comprehensive executive reshuffle is a key move by Coty to restore profitability through organizational efficiency.
