Recently, Danaher announced the appointment of Heathre Moler as Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer, effective October 1, 2026.
Heathre Moler has been with Danaher for over 13 years and currently serves as Group Vice President, Human Resources for the Diagnostics Platform, which has a business scale of approximately $10 billion and 26,000 employees globally. Previously, she held the role of Vice President, Human Resources for the Water Quality Platform, as well as for Hach, ChemTreat, and Thomson Industries. Prior to joining Danaher, Moler spent over 11 years at ETS-Lindgren, including more than nine years as Global Director of Human Resources, supporting the company's expansion through acquisitions in Germany, China, Japan, and India.
This appointment closely follows the CEO succession. On August 3, the Danaher board announced the appointment of current Executive Vice President Julie Sawyer Montgomery as President and CEO, also effective October 1. Alongside the CEO succession, the company also announced special equity incentive awards for key members of the leadership team.
The two senior executives will officially take on their new roles on the same day, signaling that Danaher is entering a new leadership cycle. As an internally developed HR leader with extensive experience across multiple business platforms, Heathre Moler will further drive leadership development, organizational capability, and culture building under the new CEO.
