Enigma has appointed Stephanie Spiegel as Chief People Officer. Having spent more than eleven years with the firm, she will join the senior leadership team and oversee the organisation’s full people focused strategic agenda.

Spiegel previously served as Vice President of People at Enigma for over five years and advanced through multiple internal human capital portfolios. Before joining the business, she took on management positions at New York based Fueled Collective.

In her new position, Spiegel will leverage her deep institutional knowledge to advance organisational scaling, refine workforce frameworks and nurture internal corporate culture for Enigma.
