PepsiCo announced the promotion of Monica Sanchez y Madrid to Senior Director HR for Global Commercial and New Revenue Streams, expanding her responsibilities across the company's international operations.

Sanchez y Madrid has spent over a decade at PepsiCo, most recently serving as Senior Director, Talent Management – International, where she led talent strategy across Latin America, Europe, Asia Pacific, and the Middle East. She also previously held the role of Senior Director, Workforce Management for Latin America. Prior to PepsiCo, she worked at Diageo and Kraft Foods in talent management and HR roles.

The elevation comes as PepsiCo accelerates its digital transformation and organizational reshaping. Sanchez y Madrid recently noted that AI and digital platforms are fundamentally reshaping business operations, and that integrating commercial, insights, and talent functions will be key to building more adaptive organizations.
