ManpowerGroup has appointed Becky Frankiewicz as its new chief executive officer. The leadership change will take effect on January 1, 2027.

Frankiewicz currently serves as president and chief strategy officer of ManpowerGroup. She took this role in 2025, after working as chief commercial officer and president of ManpowerGroup North America. She first joined the firm in 2017 to lead its North American business. Before her time at ManpowerGroup, she headed Quaker Foods North America under PepsiCo.

In her new role, Frankiewicz will drive ManpowerGroup's corporate strategy and expand its artificial intelligence capabilities across global operations.
