Agilent Technologies announced the appointment of Michael Buckner as Chief Legal Officer (CLO).

Buckner previously served as Vice President, Deputy General Counsel and Chief M&A Counsel at Danaher Corporation. Prior to that, he spent 16 years at General Electric (GE) as Vice President and Chief M&A Counsel, and earlier held legal positions at Capital One Financial Corp. and private law firms.

Agilent said his extensive experience will help drive the company's strategy and create value.
