Dow announced that Chief Operating Officer Karen S. Carter has been appointed Chief Executive Officer (CEO).

 

Carter has over 30 years of experience at Dow and previously served as President of the Packaging & Specialty Plastics operating segment, in addition to holding various senior leadership roles across business, commercial, and corporate functions.

 

She will lead Dow's continued strategic transformation and value creation.
