The PuLi Group announced the appointment of Dean Winter as Chief Executive Officer (CEO).

Winter has over 30 years of experience in luxury hospitality and previously served as Managing Director of Swire Hotels, where he oversaw properties including The Upper House Hong Kong.

He will lead the group's strategic direction, brand development, and portfolio expansion, and will also oversee The PuXuan in Beijing and The RuMa in Kuala Lumpur, both managed by URC Group.
