Adobe announced the appointment of Louise Pentland as Chief Legal Officer (CLO).

Pentland previously served as General Counsel at Roku, Chief Legal Counsel for Disney Experiences at The Walt Disney Company, and Chief Business and Legal Officer at PayPal. She also served as CLO at Nokia, and began her career at Avon.

She will lead Adobe's legal and government relations teams and report directly to the Chairman and CEO.
