Bayer announced the appointment of Bill Anderson as Chief Executive Officer (CEO).

Anderson has over 25 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, having previously served as CEO of Roche Pharmaceuticals and CEO of Genentech, and as Vice President and General Manager of the Neurology business at Biogen.

Bayer's Supervisory Board said Anderson is the ideal person to lead the company into a new chapter.
