Credit Suisse announced the appointment of Dixit Joshi as Chief Financial Officer (CFO).

Joshi had spent the previous five years as Treasurer at Deutsche Bank, and earlier held senior positions at Barclays Capital. He began his career at Credit Suisse in New York and London, and at Standard Bank in South Africa.

The appointment comes as Credit Suisse undertakes a major restructuring, and Joshi's transformation experience will support the company's financial strategy.
