UBS announced the appointment of Colm Kelleher as Chairman.

Kelleher previously served as President of Morgan Stanley, overseeing Institutional Securities and Wealth Management, and earlier held roles as Co-Head of Institutional Securities, CFO, and Global Head of Capital Markets at Morgan Stanley. He is also a member of the UK Chartered Institute of Management Accountants.

UBS said Kelleher's extensive global banking leadership experience will drive the company's strategic development.
