The Walt Disney Company announced that Josh D'Amaro, Chairman of Disney Experiences, has been named Chief Executive Officer (CEO), while Dana Walden, Co-Chairman of Disney Entertainment, has been promoted to President and Chief Creative Officer.

 

D'Amaro is a 28-year veteran of Disney, having most recently led the Disney Experiences segment, which generated $36 billion in revenue in fiscal 2025.

 

The appointments underscore Disney's future focus on experiences and streaming.
